The Company improves the manner in which insurance companies collect applicants’ medical and demographic information and make underwriting decisions. The Company believes in the advocacy of the patient in the insurance process and utilizes a Telemedicine platform to provide clinical healthcare with a real-time interactive patient and provider process. The Company’s technology permits communication between patient and medical staff with both convenience and fidelity. The Company’s data collection services have grown to include the execution of medical exams, medical record retrieval, telephonic medical interviews, prescription drug history profiling and an automated rules engine to interpret the data collected and produce underwriting decisions.
